If you are interested in renting any of our properties, please complete the following steps. Failure to compete all steps will result in your application being viewed as incomplete.

1.     Go to www.DHIproperty.com and fill out an application for each adult that will be residing at the property. There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee per adult

2.    Go to https://dhi.petscreening.com and fill out a pet profile:

a.    If you do not have a pet, select the NO PET OR ANIMALS option.

b.    If you have a pet, select HOUSEHOLD PETS. There is a non-refundable registration fee charged for each pet ($30.00 if paying by credit card, $25.00 if paying by ACH). Your pet will receive a FIDO score, and this is what we base the monthly pet rent on.

c.     If you have an assistance or service animal, choose ASSISTANCE ANIMALS. There is no charge, but you must register your animal and provide documentation on your animal. If you do not have proper documentation, you will be charged a pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
